5 DIY Valentine’s Day Crafts

When Valentine’s Day comes around, I am always looking for cute DIY projects that I can do with my children, which they can take to school and give to their classmates as a gift.  If you are looking for some cute ideas for Valentine’s Day crafts at school or home, here are a few we thought you would like. 

Valentine’s Day Bubbles

Materials

  • 8oz bottle of bubbles
  • Downloadable template design – Click here to download the design template
  • Ink to print the templates
  • Card stock to print the template on
  • Scissor or cutting board
  • Double-sided, permanent tape

Step #1

Download and print out the template using white card stock. Cut along the dotted line with scissors or a cutting board. Click here to download the template. At this point, you can write a special message on the wrapper or leave it as is.

Step #2

Wrap the template around the bottle’s current label (or you can remove the old label) and securely tape it using double-sided, permanent tape. 

Step #3

Each bottle of bubbles should come with a bubble wand, but if you want to add more creativity, you can make a bubble wand out of 18g silver craft wire.

 

 

Hot Coco Wrap

Materials

Step #1

Download and print out the template using white card stock. Cut along the dotted line with scissors or a cutting board. Click here to download the template.

Step #2

Using double-sided removable tape, tape a pack of hot chocolate to the center of the label and fold the sides of the label over the front of the coco pack.

Step #3

Use the double-sided removable tape on the right inside to seal the right side of the label.

 

 

Kid’s Valentine’s Day Cards

Cupid’s Bingo Game

Materials

Step#1

Download and print out the template using white card stock.

Grab Bag Tags

Materials

  • Plastic grab bag with twist ties
  • Pink and/or red ribbon
  • Pack of candy (i.e. Hershey Kisses )
  • Downloadable template design – Click here to download the design template
  • Ink to print the templates
  • Card stock to print the template on
  • Scissor or cutting board
  • Single-hole puncher 

Step#1

Download and print out the template using white card stock.

Step #2

Cut along the design template with scissors or a cutting board. Click here to download the template.

Step #3

Stuff the plastic grab bag with the candy and twist it close with the twist tie.

Step #4

Punch a hole at the corner of the tags and slide the ribbon through the hole.

Step #5

Tie the ribbon with the tag on the grab bag.

Then you’re done!
